i'm back. it's kinda nice to be back from such a long (for me, at any rate) voyage zipping around europe, and i'm eager to partake of some fun activities and catch up with some folk, though overall i'd rather be kicking around Paris a while longer.

i did it again! planted the Carloville flag right in the ass of yet another fear...
now all i have to do is occupy myself with the pleasantries of getting ready to leave for EUROPE!

anyone can/wants to see me before i leave, it'll have to be tonight over dinner in little italy. we'll be at the pizza parlor on the corner of jean-talon and casgrain (where the market begins).
those that can't/won't will be pleased to see me/bothered by me upon my return in three weeks.

last night we enjoyed a bottle of Cardinal Zin. i think it was haunted.
if you haven't seen the label, do so.
dreading monday morning, i am... base-level phobia stuff. ugh. mind you, if all goes well i should be experiencing my usual wonderful sense of adventure-anticipation by noon on monday.
we fly out tuesday evening. paris, then riga and surrounding stuff, then back to paris for a couple of days.
ah, paris.
it ain't venice, harrison, but at least it's europe, and an ancient roman city to boot.
