Je veut te dire que je t'aime, voila.

Ah, Jean Leloup, how i admire your irreverence.

in other news:

Musical songwriter/performer muse:

(Those that are capable of coming up with words so poignant that they seem to be written specifically for someone else, and then matching them to their exact equivalent in the language of music as well, they are the true geniuses.

Those of us that scribble together clever turns of phrase and are able to approximate the creation of a voice, image, or emotion within the mind of a willing reader are just hacks by comparison. Let’s face it, really.)

Unfortunately for me, I tend to live in the “But-“ too often. It is a damned sight more than unfortunate that choices are often made in the fires of emotion without true awareness or consideration for their consequences. I wonder at those that are both fully aware and able to slam the brakes, whip out a u-turn, and chase down that Cadillac. Yeah, I know the Caddy’s driver is living in the past and shouldn’t, but fuck, man! That’s romanticism and shouldn’t be denied!

Out on the road today I saw a deadhead sticker
On a cadillac
A little voice inside my head said, dont
Look back. you can never look back.
I thought I knew what love was,
What did I know?
Those days are gone forever
I should just let them go but-
